All product downloads are processed manually for security reasons.

Due to fraudulent transactions we will always opperate a manual checking process, which involves

• Checking your order details with Paypal
• Checking your details for fraudulent activity with other commercial members
• Checking your store actually exists and is live
• Plus additional checks where required

Due to this we state in our Terms and Conditions that we will process your order within 30 munites to up to 24 hours depending on what checks we do.

We will not send out any products unless the customers has specified the exact location of their Cubecart Store.  The store MUST exist and must be live for us to see it

I hope you understand that we have to do this in order to protect our products and interests and if you are genuine you will receive your product without problems.

Any fraudulent orders we receive will be flagged by our AntiFraud Alert Network and all other 3rd Party Cubecart developers will know the fraudulent persons details which will mean that the person will not be allowed to purchase any products from all 3rd Party Cubecart Developers in the future.   Our AntiFraud Alert Network is connected live with all other 3rd Party Cubecart Developers at all times and all orders are flagged depending on security by all developers once the order arrives.
